What can attendees expect from the event?
Adam will introduce his new framework for raising aspirations and exceeding expectations, discuss his views on what organisations are getting wrong about work culture, and present a refreshing perspective on the future of work.

How long will Adam talk for?
Adam Grant will be on stage for approximately 2.5 hours.
When will I receive my tickets?
Delegates will receive their ticket via email approximately 7 days out from the event.

If delegate details have been provided by this time, then the tickets will be emailed directly to them, otherwise, they will be sent to the person who booked the tickets and received the booking confirmation.
I’m outside of Australia, how can I experience this event?
Growth Faculty members have access to a livestream of the event on Thursday 22nd February, they can also access a 30-day event replay on demand. Our memberships start at $498 AUD pp for 12 months. Find out more here.
Can I meet Adam?
There are a limited number of VIP tickets available which include a Meet&Greet with Adam Grant.

Is this event open to the general public?
Yes, anyone is able to attend.
What is the dress code?
Business casual.
What is the seating format?
All venues will be set-up theatre style.
Is there accessible seating?
Yes, we have accessible seating available.
Do you cater for allergies?
VIP ticket holders should email with their booking details and allergy information.
Is food provided?
  • VIP Tickets – Yes, a plated VIP lunch will take place after the Q&A session, as well as barista style coffee on arrival and morning tea during the stretch break.
  • Member Lounge – Growth Faculty members can access barista style coffee in the member lounge on arrival and during the morning tea break.
  • Platinum Tickets – Tea and coffee will be available on arrival and morning tea will be served as part of the stretch break.
  • General Tickets – Catering NOT provided.
Is there parking?
Yes, The ICC Sydney and MCEC Melbourne all have parking available on site. Please find more information for Sydney here and for Melbourne here.
Can I take photos/videos?
Videography during the main event is not permitted. Attendees can take photographs (no flash), but we ask that you are mindful of those around you in the theatre.
What time should I arrive for the event?
The doors will open at 8:00 am and the event will start at 9:00 am. We ask guests to all be seated by 8.45 so that the event can start on time.
Why wasn’t I refunded my AMEX fee after cancelling my ticket?
We’re not able to refund your booking fee as we have already paid the credit card charges incurred by processing your original order and these charges are non-refundable.

What happens if the event is cancelled do we get a refund

How do I watch the livestream?
The Adam Grant Livestream is only available for Growth Faculty Members. You can learn more about becoming a member here.
When does the livestream start?
9:00am. We recommend you log in at 8:45 AEDT
Will I be able to ask Adam questions on the livestream?
Questions will be collected and moderated at the event using Slido. Attendees on the livestream will be able to use the Slido during the event to ask questions.
How do I access the livestream?
Access Details will be sent to delegates on Monday, 19th February and again on the day of the event.
Is the recording available?
Yes, Growth Faculty members will be able to access the recording on demand for 30 days.
